Looking for an inspiring, efficient, effective workout?  Want to work with a trainer who knows what they’re doing and how to make it work for you?

Join us in the studio for our Signature Strategy One-on-One Workout, where we’ll crush some serious workouts based on Barefoot Technology, the Functional Movement System and your individual needs.

Prioritize-Life Coaching Option

Between business meetings, family time, and social obligations do you find that your workouts get pushed off your to-do list? Need help with straightforward solutions to  prioritize your health?

In the Prioritize-Life Coaching, we strategize together and find effective ways take care of the only body and mind you’ll ever have. Then we put those strategies into practice.  Once a week, we’ll meet -- either in-person after your workout or later via video chat -- for a 30-minute lifestyle coaching session. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the obstacles getting in your way and use tried-and-true behavior changing protocols to overcoming those obstacles.  And then, during the next meeting we’ll find out what worked and where to focus for the next week.
